The reason of hypotension in kidney patients

It is troublesome for patients with kidney disease to suffer hypotension. But why do kidney patients appear hypotension?
At present, there is a definite diagnostic standard for hypertension, but there is no uniform standard for hypotension. It is generally considered that blood pressure lower than 90/60mmHg is hypotension.
For patients with kidney disease, there are usually several causes of hypotension:
1, heart failure
kidney failure is often associated with heart failure, which is a common cause of hypotension.

2, antihypertensive drugs
Patients with kidney disease often have high blood pressure, and antihypertensive drugs have become a routine treatment for kidney disease. But when a patient uses his own medication at home, he may experience hypotension due to wrong dose.
3, Anemia
Renal Anemia is a more common symptom in patients with renal insufficiency, which can cause hypotension.
