uremia such as the following:
Glomerulonephritis
Glomerulonephritis is the most common primary disease causing uremia. There are some glomerular diseases, such as mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis, focal sclerosis, IgA nephropathy and basement membrane kidney disease resistance and so on, half of the patients would relapse after renal transplantation.
diabetic nephropathy
As the incidence of diabetes gradually increases, the absolute number of diabetic patients increases gradually, and the patients with uremia are gradually increasing.
Hypertensive nephropathy
It is due to many years of hypertension that causes chronic renal insufficiency, gradually developed into uremia.
Diseases of heredity
Polycystic kidney is the most common, it is a kind of autosomal dominant hereditary disease, the patient has gradually developed renal insufficiency after age 40.
